The Process
Ordering your piece!
Click on the “Shop” button at the top of the screen. Select your desired frame size, floral type, then the color. You’ll notice a section for additional notes. Use this to tell me what your florals are from and anything else that you need me to know!
Add your item to the cart, then when you’re ready, click on the cart in the top right corner. You’ll be prompted to fill out a form - please answer as many of the fields as you can!
Once you’ve officially ordered your piece, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions. You can also find shipping instructions here!
Shipping your piece!
Follow the shipping instructions on the “How To” page or from your email. When you’re ready, take your package to your nearest USPS location to ship your florals to my home studio. Select 1-2 day shipping for best results! USPS should provide you with a tracking number, please email this to me as soon as you can.
You also have the option for porch drop off and pickup! If this is the case, email me once you place your order to let me know, then we can arrange a time that works for both of us!
Order Status!
To see what stage of the process your florals are at, find the “Order Status” button at the top of the page, or just click here! This page is updated weekly! Once I receive your florals and get started on them, the turnaround time is 2-4 months.
Final Steps!
Near the end of the process, you’ll receive an email from me with the final design for you to approve. This is where we can make any changes that you’d like! When we agree on a final design, I’ll glue your florals in place, finish framing them, then pack them up for shipping or prepare for pickup!
